To match your property with qualified mid-term tenant placement requests
To facilitate communication between you and our placement team
To send account notifications, placement updates, and platform-related communications
To improve our services and platform functionality

3. Who We Share Your Information With

Placement partners. Property details (address, photos, rates, amenities) are shared with qualified housing coordinators and corporate relocation contacts for matching purposes.
Tenant placement contacts. Basic property information is shared with prospective tenants or their representatives as part of the placement review process.
Service providers. We use third-party services for hosting, email delivery, and analytics. These providers are contractually obligated to use your data only for the services they provide.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your information is stored securely on encrypted servers. We implement reasonable security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure of your data. Property photos and details are accessible via shareable links that we control and can revoke.

You may access, update, or delete your account information at any time through your dashboard

You may opt out of marketing communications by replying to any email with "unsubscribe"

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you terminate your account, we may retain certain data for legitimate business purposes (e.g., placement records, fee documentation) as required by law.
